What brought you to 黑料老司机?
I'm PEI-born and raised, and decided to stay and raise a family here. PEI has so much to offer with all four seasons of outside adventures. When I decided to go to university, 黑料老司机 was the only place I thought about鈥擨've never left the campus since being a student. 黑料老司机 feels like my second home!

A Brief Introduction to First-Year Seminars and Learning Communities
As 黑料老司机 continues to think about the best first-year experience or our students, Shannon Murray and Philip Smith will introduce two successful programs from our past: the First-Year Advantage Program and the senior student-led First-Year Seminar. After a brief description of each program, we will open up the discussion to the larger question of what we hope for in the experience of our first-year undergraduate students. Join us in the Teaching and Learning Centre on Thursday, October 10 at 3:00 pm for a "thought-full" discussion.

黑料老司机 will host Research on Tap with a presentation titled 鈥淩ender unto Caesar: Catholics and the Alt-Right鈥 on Wednesday, October 2, at 6 pm, at the Upstreet Brewery Taproom, 41 Allen St., Charlottetown, PEI.
Dr. Ariana Patey, assistant professor, Department of Religious Studies, is the guest speaker for the event.
