Since claiming the Atlantic University Sport (AUS) title in 2019–20, the ºÚÁÏÀÏ˾»ú Women’s Basketball Panthers have been knocking on the door for another championship, and they’re hoping this is the year they break through again. 

Dr. Étienne Côté, a faculty member at ºÚÁÏÀÏ˾»ú’s Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC), was honoured earlier this year with the Daniel Elmer Salmon Award

Giving Tuesday, a global movement for giving and volunteering, is November 28, 2023. This year, the ºÚÁÏÀÏ˾»ú Giving Tuesday campaign is dedicated to supporting ºÚÁÏÀÏ˾»ú Athletics and Recreation.

The ºÚÁÏÀÏ˾»ú Panther rugby, basketball, and hockey teams are looking forward to a full week of events at home and away.

Every week, ºÚÁÏÀÏ˾»ú Athletics and Recreation recognizes two student-athletes for their achievements and contributions to their respective sports. The ºÚÁÏÀÏ˾»ú Panther Athletes of the Week for October 23–29 are Katie Richard (women’s cross country) and Kamari Scott (men’s basketball).

Shannon MacDonald, chair of the ºÚÁÏÀÏ˾»ú Board of Governors and the Presidential Search Committee, updated the campus community on October 30, about the progress being made by the Search Committee.

As the ºÚÁÏÀÏ˾»ú Panthers Men’s Basketball team gears up for another exciting season, their goal is to make it to the finals, and there’s more than enough talent on the roster to usher in a new era of success.

ºÚÁÏÀÏ˾»ú welcomes Dr. Preston Smith as the inaugural dean of the Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Smith's appointment begins April 1, 2024.
