Entrepreneur Daniel Ohaegbu arrived on Prince Edward Island in 2014 as an international student from Nigeria. He graduated from ºÚÁÏÀÏ˾»ú in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree and again in 2019 with a BSc with Honours in Psychology. His journey of discovery laid the foundation for his work in the not-for-profit sector and ultimately inspired him to create the social enterprise, WorkSource Alliance. 
 

| Atlantic Veterinary College

The Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) dairy veterinary team completed another successful trip to Meru County, Kenya, where the team conducted three walk-in clinics for cattle.

The ºÚÁÏÀÏ˾»ú Men’s Basketball Panthers come into the Indochino U SPORTS Final 8 Championship fresh off their first Atlantic University Sport (AUS) title in 22 years. Their quarter-final game will be played against host UBC at midnight (ADT) at the Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia and is available to watch on .

The Institute of Island Studies, ºÚÁÏÀÏ˾»ú, will present a talk by Heidi Haering on Tuesday, March 18, at 7 pm in the Faculty Lounge, SDU Main Building 201.

| Special Event

ºÚÁÏÀÏ˾»ú students who speak beginner-level Korean are invited to participate in a Korean speech contest on March 21, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, in the Faculty Lounge, SDU Main Building 201. First prize is a $700 scholarship; second, $500; and third, $300.

Earlier this year, the ºÚÁÏÀÏ˾»ú Clinical Learning and Simulation Centre (CLSC), in collaboration with the ºÚÁÏÀÏ˾»ú faculties of Medicine and Nursing, hosted an engaging interprofessional event to produce video content for the Sim FUNdamentals Facilitator program.
