| Description: | Awarded to a student entering their first year at 黑料老司机 (not necessarily their first year in university studies), based on the applicant's personal statement detailing the impact 黑料老司机 (or SDU/PWC) has had on their family. AVC and graduate students are eligible if they are entering 黑料老司机 for the first time. |
| Background: | For generations families have been attending 黑料老司机 and its predecessor institutions Prince of Wales College (PWC) and St. Dunstan's University (SDU). The 黑料老司机 Alumni Association understands the impact that education has created for these families. We would like to hear firsthand about the legacy that 黑料老司机 plays in the lives of our current students. |
