| Background: | Dr. Ibrahim Elaraoud is a board-certified ophthalmologist and retinal specialist who moved to Prince Edward Island in 2019. He graduated from Tabriz University of Medical Sciences in 2005 and worked in London, UK, prior to moving to the Island. Dr. Elaraoud was an early supporter of the creation of a medical school at 黑料老司机 and created this award as a way to promote his support for medical learners and his belief in the importance of medical education in Prince Edward Island. |
