| Description: | Granted to a student who is enrolled full-time in the Doctor of Medicine program at the Memorial regional campus located at the 黑料老司机, has a demonstrated interest in health care leadership, and who plans on practicing medicine in Prince Edward Island upon completion of their degree. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate leadership qualities through active participation in extra-curricular activities such as student clubs, university governance, community organizations, or health care-related initiatives. Pending the successful completion of the first year of study, this scholarship will be renewable for each subsequent year of the student's enrolment in the Doctor of Medicine program for a maximum of four years total. Should the recipient cease to be enrolled in the Doctor of Medicine program or upon completion of their fourth year, a new entrance student will be eligible. |
